We're looking for a Media Partnerships Director to join our growing team and play a key role in building our newly established media partnerships offering.

 

The Opportunity

 

Reporting to the Head of Media Partnerships, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of innovative partnership solutions that connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways.

 

From developing partnership activation strategies and managing client relationships to overseeing campaign execution and nurturing industry partnerships, you'll help shape work that drives both cultural relevance and commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

 

Partnership Strategy & Delivery

  • Lead the implementation of integrated media and partnership solutions across sport, entertainment and culture.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the delivery of partnership campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with specialists across Publicis Groupe to build innovative, multi-channel solutions.

Client Leadership

  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic recommendations that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead responses to briefs and contribute to new business opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional client service across every stage of the partnership lifecycle.

Industry & Partnership Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with media owners, publishers, content partners and suppliers.
  • Stay across emerging trends, platforms, fandoms and cultural moments.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that create value for clients and the business.

Commercial & Operational Excellence

  • Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, billing and financial reporting.
  • Oversee project workflows, timelines and stakeholder management.
  • Support the continued development and growth of the Media Partnerships practice.

What You'll Bring

 

We're more interested in your experience and potential than ticking every single box, but ideally you'll have:

  • 6+ years' experience in media partnerships, client services, brand partnerships, content partnerships, project management or a related field.
  • Experience within agencies, media owners, publishers, entertainment businesses or partnership-focused organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
  • A track record of delivering integrated campaigns and partnership solutions.
  • Experience managing projects from strategy through to execution.
  • Commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and financial management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • A passion for culture, fandoms, sport, entertainment and the evolving media landscape.
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a growing, ambitious team.
