Position title: Head of Business Strategy & Operations
Reports to: General Manager, Brasil
Summary
The (Senior) Manager, Commercial Strategy & Projects partners closely with the Brazil leadership team, operating at the center of strategy, execution, and leadership alignment. This role works with senior leaders to drive priority commercial business initiatives that support growth and performance.
In addition to leading critical strategy and transformation projects, this role will own and orchestrate key leadership and country-wide forums, ensuring clarity of direction, strong alignment, and effective execution across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and cross-functional transformation programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, and measurable business outcomes.
Partner with executive leadership to define strategic priorities, develop implementation roadmaps, establish governance structures, and monitor execution against key milestones.
Drive end-to-end project management for high-impact initiatives, including scope definition, resource coordination, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
Translate complex business objectives into actionable workplans, success metrics, and change management strategies that enable effective execution across multiple business functions.
Establish and facilitate governance forums, executive steering committees, leadership offsites, and strategic planning sessions to support decision-making, alignment, and accountability.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across commercial, finance, marketing, analytics, and operations to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives and enterprise priorities.
Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, status updates, and strategic recommendations to support senior leadership decision-making and organizational alignment.
Monitor enterprise performance through KPI tracking, project dashboards, and business insights, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to optimize outcomes.
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, influencing without direct authority to drive alignment, resolve competing priorities, and accelerate execution.
Implement project governance frameworks, standardized ways of working, and continuous improvement practices to enhance organizational effectiveness, planning, and operational excellence.
Apply structured problem-solving, strategic analysis, and data-driven decision-making to evaluate business opportunities, prioritize investments, and support long-term enterprise strategy.
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on program execution, ensuring initiatives remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with evolving business priorities.
Requirements
Experience in consulting, commercial or business strategy, marketing, project leadership, or Chief of Staff–type roles
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Proven experience leading enterprise-level, cross-functional strategic initiatives
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and partner with senior leaders
Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complexity into clear insights
Solid understanding of marketing and commercial levers (e.g., customer insights, brand, pricing, channels)
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills; able to synthesize complex ideas for executive audiences
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with advanced proficiency in project management tools
Highly dynamic, energized by fast-paced environments, and confident navigating ambiguity and complexity
Sound judgment, high degree of discretion, and comfort operating in evolving and uncertain contexts
Able to balance big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Collaborative, credible, and trusted partner across functions
