• Starting wage of $21.61 per hour, up to $30.87 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 2:30pm, occasional weekend work required for inventory activities.
• Double time overtime rate

Your role in achieving results:’ 

• Inventory and Buyer responsibilities
• Shipping and Receiving tasks
• Excellent data entry input skills with focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Relieving other clerks when they are on vacation
• Provides administrative support to Production team and other office clerks as needed

‘What we are looking for to deliver these results:’ 

• High school diploma required
• Post-secondary education, Excel training, or related certifications are considered assets
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Administrative experience
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with operating in Oracle, Inspyrus, Kronos, SAP, and ERP systems
• You must be available for occasional weekend inventory support, typically on a rotating basis and potentially once per month.

Our Victoria, BC plant is home to about 180 employees in one of Canada’s most beautiful cities.  This facility produces fluid and chocolate milk, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, ice cream and soft serve products in a unique facility with a storied history on Vancouver Island.  Located minutes from downtown, we process Vancouver Island milk into world-class dairy products.
