Fabrication Operator II

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Assist operators in machine operation
• Follow cues, markup parts as provided by operator.
• Use variety of handheld and power tools.
• Spot check parts in workstation.
• Train/learn machine and equipment
• Conduct housekeeping as necessary.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to ensure quality.
• Able to multitask and adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected challenges with projects

YOU HAVE:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• 1+ Years of experience in manufacturing industry

• The Ability to work overtime, as needed

• Team player, ability to work by yourself and with others

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Skilled hands-on operator that sets up, tends, and maintains fabricating machines such as cutoff saws, shears, brakes, and punch presses that cut, shape, and bend metal plates and sheets
