Job Summary**
As a Personal Financial Consultant at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice and solutions to individual clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through a range of banking products and services.
Job Responsibilities**
* Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, understanding their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to identify suitable banking products, investment opportunities, insurance solutions, and wealth management strategies.
* Present and explain complex financial products and services clearly and concisely, ensuring clients understand the benefits and risks involved.
* Develop personalized financial plans and recommend appropriate solutions to meet client objectives, such as savings, investments, retirement planning, and wealth accumulation.
* Actively promote and cross-sell RHB Bank's diverse range of products and services, including deposits, loans, credit cards, unit trusts, and insurance.
* Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and product developments to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
* Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal bank policies.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch/team performance.
* Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to foster long-term relationships.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in financial advisory, sales, or banking roles, preferably within a retail banking environment.
* Strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments, insurance, and wealth management principles.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Possession of relevant industry certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CEILI) will be an added advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages will be a plus.
