About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support our project team in preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimations for construction and interior fit-out projects. If you have strong analytical skills, can read technical drawings, and have experience producing precise cost calculations, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural, interior, and technical drawings.
• Calculate quantities and estimate project costs accurately.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify required materials and work scope.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and vendors to validate cost assumptions.
• Update BOQs and cost estimates when design revisions occur.
• Support budget planning and cost comparison for project procurement.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, or similar role.
• Experience preparing BOQs for construction and/or interior fit-out projects.
• Able to read architectural, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and market pricing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with AutoCAD, Planswift, Bluebeam, or similar quantity take-off software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
