Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Reporting & Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working in the accounting industry with a public accounting firm (KAP) background. You will be involved in the monthly financial and operational performance analysis, public releases, KJPP reports, and assisting strategic corporate actions.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform full month-end financial and operation performance analysis for all operating entities.
- Prepare public releases of the companies, KJPP (independent appraiser) reports, and other relevant financial documentation.
- Analyze the accounting data to assist in the execution of the company's corporate actions.
- Provide support management on ad-hoc projects and strategic business initiatives.
- Evaluate the adequacy of financial statement disclosures and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) with preference given to candidates who have reached a Senior Audit Associate level or have Big 4 experience.
- Strong knowledge of Auditing, Financial Accounting and Regulatory Compliances.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Previous experience auditing clients across a range of sectors (Oil & Gas, Mining, Technology, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office, ERP Software, Bookkeeping, Cashflow planning and management.
- Possessing professional certification is an advantage, such as Indonesian Tax Certification (Brevet A/B/C).
- Great communication skills and fluency in English.
