Job Responsibilities:
Manage the administration of the lab's research grants (including NRF Fellowship funding), covering budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and compliance reporting to funders and university offices.
Support procurement, recruitment/onboarding logistics, and day-to-day lab operations, including liaising with university administrative offices and vendors.
Assist the Principal Investigator with scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of reports and forms; track project milestones and flag risks or delays.
Job Requirements:
PhD degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field.
Experience with research grant administration, procurement, or project/office management (university or research-institute setting preferred).
Independent, highly analytical, proactive and a strong team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
