Job Summary

The Senior Coordinator, Sales Operations, coordinates all project activities for Enterprise Accounts. This role coordinates the full life cycle of projects, including scope definition, planning, analysis, measurement, and communication. The Coordinator will assist senior leaders in benchmarking and determining appropriate program design changes. This position will serve as a subject matter expert in all Enterprise program aspects and lead the team on various initiatives and solution delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Partners with the Enterprise leadership team to understand the critical support activities for short-term and long-term goals.
• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, communications and priorities to ensure timely Enterprise human capital solutions delivery.
• Organizes project teams and sets project priorities.
• Develops, implements and tracks controls to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Provides overall direction and guidance, and coordinates schedules and related project activities to ensure the work and documentation meets appropriate departments/service line standards.
• Makes recommendations for new procedures to improve the process and results continuously.
• Leads cross-functional project teams in implementing, maintaining, upgrading, enhancing and developing customer-focused solutions to support Workforce Solutions and Enterprise Accounts.
• Manages the implementation and on-going administration of technology systems and the reporting and functionality of these systems.
• Serves as a consultant for various project teams and facilitates project meetings.
• Implements and maintains high standards of quality control.

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

• High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience

Additional Experience

• Experience in business analysis
• Experience in project management

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
• Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate

$27.25 - $32.25 Hourly

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
