Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business development, B2B sales, and lead generation.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and professional networking.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct online research and identify potential prospects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential prospects through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Build and maintain prospect lists based on target industries and client profiles.
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach and connection-building activities.
- Conduct company and market research to support business development initiatives.
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate information.
- Track outreach activities and prepare daily or weekly progress reports.
- Support the Business Development team with lead generation and prospect qualification.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prospect information is accurate and up to date.
- Continuously learn business development strategies, LinkedIn best practices, and industry trends.
Working Hours:
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
