Dataciders Catenate Bulgaria is looking for talented and highly motivated DevOps to join the team. We work on a variety of challenging projects in the AI field.

What you can expect in your new job

• A dynamic role focused on the maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of SAP BW solutions in an international environment.
• You will ensure the stable operation of business-critical SAP BW systems by monitoring process chains, analyzing incidents, resolving issues, and continuously improving system performance.
• Your responsibilities will include supporting complex data flows, troubleshooting data load failures, maintaining data models, and ensuring the reliability of reporting structures.
• You will contribute to performance tuning, operational excellence initiatives, and the ongoing enhancement of SAP BW landscapes.
• You will work on a digital supplier assessment platform that enables the tracking, analysis, and reporting of supplier evaluations across multiple sites and regions.
• Collaboration with international teams in a distributed support and operations environment.

What we want from you

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP BW in a support, maintenance, or operations-focused role.
• Experience in SAP Process Chain monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Solid understanding of SAP BW backend development and data modelling.
• Experience with ETL processes, data load monitoring, and root cause analysis.
• Programming skills in ABAP and/or HANA SQL are considered a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP Query Designer, BEx Analyzer, Jira, and Confluence.
• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service reliability and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.
