Whether you work in one of our logistics centers, technology hubs, corporate offices or even from home, your role at iHerb will take you beyond what’s expected, turning challenge into change. If you're ready for it, we want you to join our team. Get started now.

At iHerb, we are growing our European business and looking for people who enjoy building, improving, and making an impact in a fast-moving environment.

As Regional Inventory & Planning Specialist, you will help shape how inventory is planned and managed across Europe. Working closely with our Global Inventory & Planning team, you will support the growth of the European business by ensuring the right products are available at the right time while balancing inventory efficiency and customer experience.

Your work will directly support sales performance, product launches, promotions, and regional growth initiatives. You will collaborate across Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Supply Planning, and external suppliers to turn data and market insights into effective inventory and replenishment plans.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership in a collaborative international environment where there is real opportunity to contribute, grow, and help scale the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain demand forecasts to support inventory planning, product availability, and regional growth

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Planning to align inventory, promotions, launches, and replenishment plans

  • Monitor inventory health and forecast performance, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areas

  • Analyze sales trends, demand patterns, and business performance to improve forecast accuracy and support data-driven decisions

  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support smooth purchasing, replenishment, and day-to-day execution

  • Drive continuous improvements in planning tools, reporting, automation, and ways of working to support scalability and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear actions and business insights

  • A proactive and hands-on mindset, with an interest in improving processes and finding smarter ways of working

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving and evolving environment

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across international and cross-functional teams

  • Attention to detail combined with commercial and operational awareness

Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, or related supply chain roles

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or other fast-paced environments is a plus

  • Strong Excel skills required; SQL knowledge is an advantage

  • Experience with planning or inventory management systems (SAP IBP preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

What You Can Expect

  • A collaborative and international team environment

  • The opportunity to help shape and grow iHerb’s European operations

  • Meaningful ownership and the ability to make a visible impact

  • A business that values ideas, continuous improvement, and initiative

  • Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office)

  • Regional travel within Europe (approximately 10–20%)

Why Join iHerb?

We are building for the long term in Europe and looking for people who want to grow with us. You’ll have the chance to contribute ideas, improve processes, and help shape how we operate as we continue to expand.

We welcome different perspectives, backgrounds, and ways of thinking — and we know that strong teams are built through diversity and collaboration.

If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
