Inside the Role
The DTNA Parts Academy and Retail Manager is responsible for leading the development, facilitation, and ongoing sustainment of the DTNA Parts Academy training curriculum, while also overseeing the DTNA Parts dealer retail showroom fixture program.This role focuses on designing and delivering relevant, practical skills and product training through a combination of web-based course development and in-person facilitation. In parallel, the manager partners directly with dealers and agency partners to support the planning and installation of retail showroom parts fixtures, with a particular emphasis on standalone parts stores.
Working cross-functionally across the DTNA aftermarket organization—including Parts Sales, Product Marketing, the DTNA Training Academy, and the dealer network—this role identifies training opportunities, develops engaging content, and executes effective training programs aligned with business objectives.
Additionally, the DTNA Parts Academy and Retail Manager oversees external agency partners, budgets, timelines, and internal resources to successfully deliver programs that strengthen dealer capabilities, enhance the retail environment, and improve the overall customer experience. Travel requirement 40%

What You Drive at DTNA
- Lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the DTNA Parts Academy training curriculum.
- Design and facilitate web-based, virtual, and instructor-led training programs for dealership parts personnel.
- Manage training content and course deployment through the DTNA Learning Management System (ARC).
- Conduct in-dealership training and support front-line learning initiatives.
- Oversee the DTNA Parts Retail Showroom Fixture Program, including planning, implementation, and dealer support.
- Manage agency partners, project budgets, timelines, and program execution.
- Partner with Parts Sales, Product Marketing, Training Academy, and dealer stakeholders to identify training needs and improve dealer performance.
- Track program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelors degree is required
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in training development, facilitation, instructional design, or learning management systems.
- Strong project management, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with dealers, retail operations, aftermarket parts, or customer-facing programs preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
