About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze system, application, and security logs to identify issues and support root cause analysis
• Support daily system health checks, environment validation, and readiness activities
• Perform configuration validation, access checks, and assist with application or hardware replacements where required
• Manage and track warranty-related cases, ensuring thorough documentation and timely closure
• Maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, troubleshooting steps, and audit artefacts
• Support reporting activities by collecting and consolidating operational data for team leads
• Collaborate with internal teams on troubleshooting, participate in stand-ups, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
• Basic to intermediate understanding of cybersecurity or infrastructure tools (e.g., endpoint security, vulnerability management, identity systems)
• Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Ability to analyze and interpret logs from systems, applications, and integrations
• Understanding of networking or security fundamentals such as firewalls, vulnerabilities, or system hardening
• Familiarity with structured processes, checklists, and environment validation practices
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
