The Bar Server plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at Múzsa by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and refined service in a dynamic, luxury bar environment. This position combines a passion for hospitality with strong beverage and service expertise to create memorable moments for every guest.
What you will do:
• Deliver warm, engaging, and polished service in line with Four Seasons standards, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the beverage program—including wines, cocktails, beers, and spirits—and confidently guide guests through the menu with enthusiasm and expertise
• Take and serve orders accurately, ensuring attention to detail and timing in a fast-paced, upscale setting
• Support team operations by completing side work, assisting colleagues, and stepping in to greet or seat guests when needed
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to ensure a seamless and personalized experience
• Use the MICROS system efficiently for order entry, billing, and payment processing
• Accurately handle guest checks, including closing bills, processing payments, and managing adjustments in line with hotel procedures
What you bring:
• 2+ years of experience in a high-end bar or restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage, with a focus on cocktails, wines, and beer preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A genuine passion for hospitality with a warm, engaging, and personable approach to guest service
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions
• Confidence in decision-making to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to support and uplift the team
