Project Manager – Capital Infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing capital improvement, infrastructure, transportation, or facility construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting schedule and budget goals.
- Strong project planning, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating design, construction, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
- Working knowledge of construction standards, industry codes, and environmental permitting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Valid driver's license.
- PE, RA, or PMP certification preferred.
- Waterfront or maritime project experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage capital projects from planning and design through construction and closeout.
- Develop and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Lead project meetings and resolve technical and scheduling issues.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits and reporting.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and cost estimates.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, permits, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and budget.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and leadership.
