Job Title: Group Head of Finance

Location: Pune (Kharadi)
Reports To: CEO / Group Managing Director

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Group Head of Finance to lead the finance function across our operations in Africa, India, and the UK. The role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, compliance, audits, and Group consolidation while providing strategic financial support to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly country-wise and consolidated Group P&L.
• Manage monthly management accounts and cash flow statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor revenue, EBITDA, working capital, and financial performance.
• Oversee treasury, banking, cash flow, and foreign exchange management.
• Ensure statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls and drive finance process improvements.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA.
• 12–15 years of finance leadership experience.
• Preferred background in Fintech, Technology, Telecom, or Consumer Finance.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, Group consolidation, treasury, budgeting, compliance, and multi-country finance operations.
