Description
[What the role is]
Estate Executive (Repair Management Section), HMG[What you will be working on]
Address residents' maintenance concerns including ceiling leaks, spalling concrete, and structural defects
Conduct site inspections to ensure contractors meet contract specifications and safety requirements
Prepare regular reports on maintenance cases and work progress
Coordinate repair solutions and communicate updates to residents
[What we are looking for]
Technical background in building renovation, maintenance, or construction
Experience in customer service or public-facing roles
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented mindset with passion to serve residents
Ability to work independently with confidence and assertiveness
Willingness to learn and adapt to new practices
Physical capability for site visits and equipment handling
Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when required
Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
