Description
We are looking for a Product Planning & Fulfillment Analyst to join our ambitious team in Taiwan. The Product Planning & Fulfillment Analyst will play a critical role in the Business process working cooperatively with both internal and external clients ensuring NEXPERIA delivers on its commitment to exceptional customer service and sales support. The successful candidate will be an integral member of Team NEXPERIA in Taiwan and ensure we build upon NEXPERIA’s leadership position as a global powerhouse in Discretes, Logic and Power MOSFET technology.
What you will do
Supply Chain Modeling
Manage the integral supply chain to match demand and supply, using the master planning system
Drive to set Supply Chain Parameters (e.g. Supply Chain Model, Lead times, Safety Stocks) in planning system according to product life cycle
S&OP Support
Co-work together with Business Group (BG) Capacity planners on S&OP process
Review resource loading situation impacting S&OP.
Order Management
SO Management: Be responsible for fulfilment of customer sales orders, customer programs forecast and safety stock replenishment
PO Management: Plan and release feasible plans to manufacturing sites fulfilling demand and loading policy. Monitor and control supply deviation
Based on demand and supply situation, communicate with Business Group (BG) to align business strategy
Exception Management:
In case of allocation, follow allocation process and decision
In case of tight supply, co-work with Business Group (BG) and Customer Service and Site for production priority to prevent customer line down
Support New Product Introduction
Returns Management: Support and arrange returns (quality, technical, logistics and commercial returns) according to relevant procedures
Improvements / PDCA
Regular review KPI and initiate improvement activities in case KPIs are below targets
Participate in projects
What you will need
Bachelor's degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Excellent analytical skills.
Process-driven knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
Experience in customer handling and in managing, leading, and participating in projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in multicultural communication.
Ability to work in cross-functional, virtual, and international teams.
Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Proficient in English communication to support cross-functional and global collaboration.
