Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead and manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Supervise, support, and develop psychologists across assigned clinic locations
- Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to clinical and operational standards
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and development initiatives for psychologists
- Identify training needs and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to design and implement development programs
- Coordinate scheduling, manpower planning, and operational activities within the clinics
- Handle operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, operational performance, and improvement plans
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team management, psychologist supervision, clinic operations, Training & Development, Learning & Development, or related fields
- Strong understanding of people development, coaching, and performance management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Willing to travel within the Jabodetabek area as needed
