Your Day-to-Day:

• Lead and manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Supervise, support, and develop psychologists across assigned clinic locations
• Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to clinical and operational standards
• Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and development initiatives for psychologists
• Identify training needs and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to design and implement development programs
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower planning, and operational activities within the clinics
• Handle operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare regular reports on team performance, operational performance, and improvement plans

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team management, psychologist supervision, clinic operations, Training & Development, Learning & Development, or related fields
• Strong understanding of people development, coaching, and performance management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Willing to travel within the Jabodetabek area as needed
