Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced OBPM Delivery & Transformation Lead to drive large-scale Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM) deployments and core banking transformation initiatives. This role requires deep techno-functional expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and ownership of end-to-end delivery including integration, migration, testing, and post go-live support across banking platforms. The candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring seamless implementation of payment solutions, compliance with regulatory standards, and enabling digital channel transformation in a hybrid Agile environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead OBPM implementation and transformation programs from strategy to execution. 
• Manage full project lifecycle including requirements, solution design, SIT/UAT, cutovers, data migration, and stabilization. 
• Act as a strategic techno-functional lead for modernization and integration across banking channels. 
• Drive stakeholder engagements with business, IT, vendors, and external partners, including executive-level reporting. 
• Conduct gap analysis workshops to align business requirements with OBPM capabilities. 
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and governance frameworks (e.g., IFRS). 
• Provide production support leadership and ensure platform stability. 
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions to ensure zero disruption. 
• Support integration across APIs, digital channels, and core banking systems. 

Specific Focus Areas 

• Channels Delivery: Digital banking channels, APIs, and integrations. 
• Data Engineering: Data pipelines, analytics, DWH/Data Lake integration. 

Required Technical Skills 

• Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM 14.x+) 
• Core Banking & Payments Domain 
• API & Integration Architecture 
• Data Engineering & Integration 
• ISO 20022, SWIFT, Host-to-Host Integrations 
• Agile / Hybrid Delivery 

Required Experience 

• 10+ years in core banking / OBPM (design, development, implementation, support). 
• Experience in large multi-country banking transformations. 
• Strong techno-functional payments expertise. 
• Hands-on with SIT/UAT, cutovers, and data migration. 
• Experience managing post go-live support and production environments.
