Senior IT Application Expert (SAP Access Management)

This role is primarily based on site. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to deliver secure, high-quality technology solutions. We offer flexibility to work remotely for no more than 20% of your time, aligned with business needs.

What you will do:

• Lead and contribute to SAP Authorization and Secure Access projects, including design, build, and implementation of role-based access models across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Develop and maintain robust SAP authorization concepts with a strong risk-based and compliance-driven approach across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Business, IT, Compliance, and external partners to align secure access strategies and operating models.
• Drive continuous improvement of SAP role design, governance processes, and access control frameworks, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements.
• Oversee external resources and ensure high-quality delivery of access management services within agreed SLAs and compliance standards.
• Monitor and mitigate access-related risks, including segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts, while strengthening governance and audit readiness.
• Support rollout activities, user onboarding, and training, contributing to long-term scalability and operational excellence of SAP access management.
   

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in SAP Access & Security within SAP Business Suites, including ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, risk management, and user provisioning tools such as SailPoint.
• Solid understanding of SAP authorization concepts (e.g., PFCG, SU01), and role-based access control frameworks.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering projects in global, matrixed environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related IT field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP) and knowledge of IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantage.
