Description
Growing multi-state nursing home operator is seeking a senior clinical reimbursement leader to oversee reimbursement operations across a large SNF portfolio.
This is a high-level strategic oversight role focused on supporting regional reimbursement teams, driving reimbursement strategy, monitoring compliance, and helping scale infrastructure as the organization continues to grow.
The organization already has experienced regional reimbursement leadership in place. The right person will step into a portfolio-level leadership role focused on oversight, strategy, accountability, and support across multiple states.
Very limited travel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee regional MDS / clinical reimbursement teams
- Drive reimbursement strategy across the portfolio
- Monitor MDS accuracy, billing integrity, and compliance
- Support and mentor experienced reimbursement leaders
- Identify operational and reimbursement opportunities
- Partner with executive leadership on reimbursement performance
- Help build scalable reimbursement systems and processes
Requirements
- Strong SNF clinical reimbursement / MDS background
- Regional or multi-facility reimbursement oversight experience
- Proven leadership within large SNF portfolios
- Strong compliance mindset
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with experienced teams
