If you’re ready to learn and grow with us, apply now! Responsibilities:Coordinate project activities, resources, and information between the office and field.Maintain regular contact with clients regarding project updates.Ensure client needs are met throughout the project.Assist in preparing project proposals, schedules, and budgets.Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.Serve as the main point of contact for all project participants.Use project management tools to track hours, budget, and plans.Report and escalate issues to management as needed.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.Qualifications & Requirements:Bilingual in Spanish and English.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong work ethic and customer service orientation.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to analyze data and handle numerical information accurately.Positive problem-solving attitude and excellent time management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).General Information:Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PMAfter hours and weekends may be required based on workloadBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance401K with up to 4% match after 1 yearPaid Time Off (PTO)
