THE JOB:

As an Assistant Manager for The Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio, you will support the daily operations of a dynamic, entertainment‑driven dining experience where elevated cuisine meets live performance in a high‑energy, luxury setting. You will lead with a polished, guest‑focused approach, guiding your team to deliver seamless, attentive service that enhances both the dining and entertainment elements of the venue. By overseeing team performance, scheduling, and training, and ensuring operational excellence across every shift, you will help maintain the sophisticated ambiance and high standards The Mayfair is known for. Through understanding guests’ unique preferences and creating engaging, memorable moments, you will contribute to WOW experiences that extend far beyond their night at Bellagio.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations

• Supervise floor service in dining rooms during hours of operation

• Perform employee evaluations and manage issues related to attendance records

• Maintain communication with the Chef on all food service and menu issues

• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address issues or needs requested by guests and employees

• Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing; prepare purchase requisitions for any outlets from the warehouse or support departments

• Keep inventory form and stocking area updated

• Inspect food coming from support departments to assure freshness and quality

• Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

• 2+ Years of prior relevant experience required

• Previous experience as a Manager in a Full-Service restaurant environment preferred

• Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred
