Job Description:

About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician role at the Pecatonica location provides 2nd shift support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to drive efficient production in the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
• Follow blueprints, sketches, and other instructions
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation
• Follow appropriate practices and procedures
• Responsibility for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues

Important details:

Pay for this position is $30.43/hr based on the union contract.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
