Account & Finance Protege Trainee (Ref. No. R1013104) 

at our location in Kuala-Lumpur 

You will enjoy having these responsibilities: 
 

• Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and other documentation.

• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice verification and data entry.

• Prepare and submit SST returns and reports.

• Prepare and submit e‑Invoices in the LHDN portal.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

• Perform bank reconciliations and help maintain financial records.

• Organize and file accounting documents accurately, both electronically and physically.

• Ensure financial documents are securely stored and easily accessible for audits and reporting.

• Assist in preparing audit supporting documentation.

• Respond to tax agent inquiries for tax computation.

  

You have: 
 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience with accounting software and MS Office Suite.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• Able to work in a team; proactive and self‑motivated.

• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy of financial documents.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized filing systems.

• Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

• Collaborative and supportive team player.

• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities or processes.
