Building on this foundation, we have joined forces with YouFirst—a premier sports talent management agency representing NBA and Champions League professionals—and Gersh, one of Hollywood's leading talent management companies.

We are now seeking a Director Strategic Projects (m/f/d) to spearhead gaming initiatives across the group and drive business development forward.
## Aufgaben
- Establish contact with key gaming publishers.
- Develop comprehensive pitches for gaming clients.
- Stay up to date with gaming industry trends to attract and retain top clients.
- Lead initiatives for group synergies.
- Lead cooperation with Gersh in Los Angeles and YouFirst in Madrid.
## Qualifikation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing projects.
- Excellent communication abilities, both interpersonal and in pitches.
- High attention to detail.
- Passion for gaming.
