Job Description
The Communications Specialist will support internal communications across the EMEA region, working closely with regional and global teams to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication with employees.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that plays a key part in improving communication structure, quality, and visibility across markets. The position is based in Poland and works in close collaboration with stakeholders across EMEA and Global Communications.
Responsibilities
- Support internal communications across the EMEA region in collaboration with regional and global teams
- Create, edit, and structure communication materials, including:
- employee communications
- presentations for leadership
- internal announcements and campaigns
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and quality of communication across markets
- Coordinate communication activities across countries and stakeholders
- Maintain and support regional communication plans and calendars
- Help implement communication templates, frameworks, and best practices
- Adapt messaging for different audiences across countries and cultures
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations and functions
- Support visibility of regional initiatives and internal projects
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, PR, or employer branding
- Experience in creating communication materials (presentations, newsletters, campaigns)
- Strong hands-on approach with the ability to execute and deliver content independently
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities
- Exposure to international or cross-functional environments is a plus
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in Polish and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly
- Proactive mindset and willingness to bring ideas and improvements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment
