Compensation:
NP/PA: $65–$80 per hour + Tiered Commission
RN Injector: $45–$55 per hour + Tiered Commission

NovuSkin is hiring an experienced Aesthetic Injector / Cosmetic Injector with strong experience in biostimulators and advanced injectable treatments. We are especially seeking providers experienced in non-surgical BBL treatments using Sculptra and Radiesse.

This is a great opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Aesthetic RN Injector who wants to join a growing, high-demand aesthetic practice in Frisco, Texas.

NP candidates are preferred, but we will absolutely consider a highly experienced RN injector.

Candidates who bring an existing client base may qualify for custom compensation incentives.

Required Experience (Important)

• Experience performing non-surgical BBL treatments
• Advanced experience with Sculptra
• Advanced experience with Radiesse
• Experience performing aesthetic injectable treatments including:
  • Neurotoxins (Botox / Dysport / Xeomin)
  • Dermal fillers
  • Biostimulators

Aesthetic Injector Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox, fillers, Sculptra, and Radiesse
• Perform non-surgical BBL procedures (biostimulator butt augmentation)
• Conduct aesthetic consultations and treatment planning
• Recommend full-face and body treatment plans
• Provide a high-end patient experience
• Educate patients on treatment maintenance and packages
• Maintain EMR documentation and patient safety protocols
• Support clinic growth and patient retention

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Registered Nurse (RN)
• NP preferred
• Prior experience as an Aesthetic Injector / Cosmetic Injector
• Strong consultation and patient education skills
• Professional, confident, and patient-focused
• Comfortable in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic environment
