Description
As an Area Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and operational excellence of approximately 15 to 20* veterinary clinics, practices or hospitals** in your assigned area. You’ll lead local teams in delivering Medical Excellence and exceptional patient & client experiences, drive clinic-level performance, and act as a key leader in implementing change. In this role you ensure operational consistency, and coach practice managers to reach their full potential. You will also play a vital role in unlocking clinic capacity and enabling organic growth, in close collaboration with functional and commercial teams.
