L&D (Learning & Development) Analyst
About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented L&D Analyst to support change management and learning initiatives within a dynamic energy organization. In this on-site role based in Palm Coast, FL, you will help drive user adoption by maintaining self-service tools, tracking training effectiveness, and engaging employees across all levels. This is an 11-month associate-level opportunity ideal for candidates with 0–5 years of experience who are eager to contribute to organizational learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the analysis and tracking of change management activities to facilitate and drive user adoption.
- Maintain change management self-service tools, resources, and channels for leaders, change network, and practitioners.
- Provide updates on key business unit change initiatives through communications channels and resource libraries.
- Track planning and completion of learning opportunities and measure training effectiveness using established tools.
- Measure and track employee engagement and interaction across collaboration tools and communications platforms.
- Assist in executing change management activities to help drive user adoption and organizational readiness.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0–5 years of professional experience in learning & development, change management, or a related field.
- No driving required for this role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools and basic data tracking methods.
