Your Role:
- Provide compassionate, comprehensive care to children and adults.
- Perform physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and create customized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
- Manage patient transitions across care settings (e.g., admissions, referrals).
- Stay current with medical trends and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations.
What You Bring:
- Board Certified Advanced Practice Nurse (APN)
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted NP license in New Jersey
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
