As a US IT Recruiter at NucleusTeq, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top technical talent for our growing team. We are looking for self-motivated and target-driven professionals who can efficiently handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of technical roles & hiring lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search
- Excellent networking skills with a strong network of contractual agencies
- Excellent communication, persuasion & negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in US Shift
- A good understanding of US work authorization types such as H1B, GC, USC, etc.,
- Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills will be highly valued in this role.
