These have the potential to disrupt the status quo of the market and set a benchmark for the rest. Job Overview:As the Creative Head at Urban Gabru, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our creative direction. You will lead a team of 3 to 4 talented designers, fostering collaboration and ensuring the delivery of exceptional design work. We are looking for an individual with a modern design philosophy and hands-on experience with design softwares such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Experience with Corel Draw is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities:Creative Leadership : Lead and inspire the design team, setting a high standard for creativity and innovation.Execution : Ability to execute creative projects individually end to end.Design Strategy : Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's objectives and resonate with our target audience.Hands-on Design : Utilize your expertise in design software, such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, to create high-quality, visually appealing designs.Team Management : Oversee a team of 2-3 designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure the team's growth and productivity.Project Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that design solutions meet business goals.Portfolio Review : Review and critique the work of your team members, ensuring that design output adheres to modern design principles and is not outdated.Quality Assurance : Maintain quality control throughout the design process, ensuring that the final output meets or exceeds client expectations.  Qualifications :Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a creative leadership role.Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.Experience with Corel Draw is an added advantage.A portfolio of creative work demonstrating your modern design philosophy.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  If you are a creative visionary with a passion for modern design and a proven track record of leadership, we encourage you to apply for the position of Creative Head and be a part of our dynamic team
