This role is responsible for leading large-scale strategic projects and highly-detailed transformational programmes across Operations and Lines of Business. You will provide leadership and direction across multiple workstreams, driving the assessment, redesign and optimisation of operating models, processes, products and services to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

  • Establish robust governance frameworks, executive reporting routines and performance measures to monitor programme health, monitor risk and drive accountability.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners in the development and execution of key programme deliverables, ensuring quality, consistency and timely delivery.

  • Drive issue resolution, remove organisational roadblocks and mitigate risks to maintain programme momentum and achieve strategic outcomes.

  • Considerable workforce management and analytics expertise, leveraging data to optimise performance, capacity and business outcomes.

  • Deep experience in process design, performance management and continuous improvement.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organisation.

  • Experience operating within a robust risk and control environment, including governance, policies and procedures.

  • Strategic thinker with ample execution capabilities and the ability to translate complex challenges into tangible business results.

Skills that will help:

  • Professional certification in Operational Excellence methodologies (for example, Lean, Six Sigma), with experience applying continuous improvement principles to drive efficiency, quality and productivity gains.
