What You'll Do

As an Unlicensed Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping our clinical team deliver an exceptional patient experience. Your day will be varied, fast-paced, and focused on supporting both patient care and office operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments
• Clean and disinfect operatories between patients
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Seat patients and help ensure they feel comfortable and welcomed
• Set up instruments, materials, and procedure trays for dental treatments
• Assist dentists and licensed dental assistants with clinical support duties permitted under Minnesota regulations
• Take and document patient information as directed
• Maintain inventory and stock clinical supplies
• Assist with dental laboratory tasks such as pouring models, labeling cases, and organizing lab work
• Help keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and office safety protocols
• Support team members wherever needed to ensure a positive patient experience

Requirements

 Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dental or healthcare experience
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
