About Us:

Trusted and loved by 25 million educators, students, and families worldwide, Seesaw is the only elementary learning experience platform, offering a suite of award-winning tools, resources, and curriculum for teachers to deliver joyful, inclusive instruction.  Through interactive lessons, digital portfolios, and two-way communication features, Seesaw keeps everyone in the learning loop by providing continuous visibility into the student's learning experience to support and celebrate their learning.

Our Mission:

Seesaw’s mission is to provide every elementary student with joyful and connected learning experiences that lay the foundation for success in life.

Your Team:

You will be a member of Seesaw’s International sales team reporting directly into the Head of Sales for UK and Australia. You will also be responsible for working closely with marketing to make sure there is strong alignment between marketing efforts and sales for your region.

Your Role:

The Regional Partnership Manager – Australia will be responsible for driving new business growth and developing strategic relationships across the Australian education market.

The expectation is that the successful candidate will work closely with school leaders, system leaders and key education stakeholders to understand their priorities, build trusted partnerships and position Seesaw’s solutions against clear teaching, learning and operational needs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a defined Australia territory, with a primary focus on new school acquisition and strategic expansion opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with Principals, Heads of Teaching & Learning, Digital Learning leaders and other senior school decision-makers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of school priorities and position solutions around teaching, learning, engagement and measurable impact.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demonstration, proposal, procurement and contract close.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities against agreed revenue targets. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and account planning through CRM.
  • Identify and develop larger opportunities across school groups, Catholic dioceses, Independent networks and education systems.
  • Work closely with marketing and demand gen. Teams to target priority accounts and convert campaigns into qualified opportunities.
  • Partner with Customer Success and implementation teams to ensure a strong handover and successful onboarding of new customers.
  • Represent the organisation at conferences, leadership events and relevant education forums across Australia.

Your Requirements:

  •  3–5+ years of B2B sales or partnership experience in Australian K–12 education, ideally EdTech, curriculum, publishing, assessment or education services.
  • Existing understanding of the Australian school market, including Independent, Catholic and Government sectors.
  • Strong credibility with school leaders — comfortable engaging Principals, Deputy Principals, Heads of Curriculum, Digital Learning leaders and other senior decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to Australia.
  • Demonstrable new-business track record, including prospecting, pipeline creation, demonstrations, commercial negotiation and closing.
  • Experience managing a geographic territory independently, with the discipline to prioritise accounts, travel strategically and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Consultative selling capability — able to uncover pedagogical and operational needs rather than lead purely with product features.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including delivering demos, workshops and senior-level meetings.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at Seesaw. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Seesawers.
