Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor on a fixed-term maternity cover contract until January 2027.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the day-to-day operation of our Food & Beverage outlets. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading service teams, supporting management, and ensuring the highest standards of luxury hospitality are consistently delivered. You will help create memorable experiences for our guests while fostering a positive and engaging environment for your colleagues.
What you will do
Supervise the day-to-day operation of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
Lead by example during service periods, providing guidance and support to team members.
Assist with training, coaching, and developing colleagues to enhance performance and service delivery.
Ensure guest requests and concerns are handled professionally, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Support the management team in monitoring service quality and maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational readiness and compliance.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout all service areas.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures.
Support stock management, ordering processes, and inventory controls as required.
Promote teamwork and a positive working culture while delivering outstanding guest experiences on every shift.
What you bring
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role within a hotel, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment.
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and support a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury service standards.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, practices, and operations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require.
