About FINN Partners

FINN Partners is a fast-growing, global independent marketing agency recognised for its bold ideas and collaborative spirit. Our expertise spans integrated marketing, media, and creative services, offering clients a unified team focused on business and brand growth. The Performance Media team leads performance strategy across paid search, social, programmatic, and audience insights, while the Brand Media team leads brand strategy across narrative and channel selection. The two teams build every media plan together, aligned to a single business outcome. Media joins client engagements at the earliest stages, working alongside strategy and creative to develop one integrated campaign. As the team grows, we're looking for an experienced performance media leader who operates across the full funnel to help build that muscle and develop the people doing it.

  • Act as a senior performance media lead in client meetings, presentations and new business pitches
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide proactive strategic guidance on performance media
  • Collaborate with brand media team members to develop fully integrated, holistic strategies that align brand and performance media channels and tactics to one higher order objective
  • Collaborate with Account, Strategy, Creative and Analytics teams to develop integrated campaigns
  • Mentor and manage performance media specialists, providing coaching, feedback and support for their professional development
  • Manage performance reviews, goal setting and career development for team members
  • Ensure campaigns and deliverables are accurate, on strategy and delivered on time
  • Stay ahead of developments across platforms, technology, audience targeting, measurement and the wider performance media landscape
  • Support new business through strategic ideation, media planning, scoping, proposal development and presentations
