Sr. Executive – Powder Production (Ranjangaon)

Responsibility: -

• Ensure all production activities are carried out in compliance with HSEQ standards, fostering a safe, sustainable, and quality-driven work environment.
• Coordinate and monitor daily production operations to achieve planned output while maintaining efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Guide and support production teams to deliver operational goals, promote collaboration, and maintain high levels of performance and accountability.
• Identify skill development needs, facilitate training initiatives, and ensure consistent adherence to established operating procedures and best practices.
• Drive workplace organization and equipment reliability through effective implementation of 5S and operator-driven maintenance practices.
• Proactively identify, initiate, and support continuous improvement opportunities that enhance productivity, streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in powder, paint, or process manufacturing, with powder production experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ employees (including contract workforce) and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
