Position Overview
As a strategic HR business partner for Partner Markets & Ukraine you will serve as a trusted advisor to the managers, translating business goals into integrated people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth. You will lead strategic HR initiatives, support cultural transformation, and ensure operational excellence.
Consults and coaches’ managers on different HR processes such as employee management, organizational and cultural transformation, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor law, employee relations, miscellaneous HR solutions. Drive implementation of HR strategy, acts as compliance steward in HR related matters.
Primary Responsibilities
- Understand, partner and align HR strategies with company objectives, business priorities and implement the same in Partner Markets & Ukraine.
- Act as a change agent, leading culture and people integration efforts that foster collaboration, transparent communication, active listening, and trust-building.
- Provide guidance and support to leadership on complex employee relations matters, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain deep knowledge of labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies; ensure all practices comply with legal standards and company SOPs.
- Partner closely with the legal department for policy interpretation, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
- Lead and support business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning in alignment with strategic goals.
- Streamline and enhance HR operational processes, by setting clear expectations, improving response times, conducting bi-weekly alignment calls, and establishing two levels of validation for accuracy.
- Collaborate with divisional leaders and cross-functional teams on all HR-related matters, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Analyze people-related trends and HR metrics to develop targeted solutions, policies, and programs that enhance employee experience and support organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with COE teams to drive cross-departmental process efficiency and service quality.
- Support and co-lead various people initiatives including Payroll & Benefits planning, budgeting & forecasting, engagement committees, cultural and well-being events, and ERG (Employee Resource Group) integration.
- Perform other administrative duties and tasks as required to support overall business operations and organizational goals.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as required to contribute to the department’s success, ensuring flexibility in responding to business needs.
Qualifications/Skills (professional and/or technical)
- Excellent communication, analytical and consulting skills.
- Excellent English language command.
- Ability to develop a good understanding of business issues and identify and deliver HR solutions to meet business needs.
- Ability to understand data and propose data-driven solutions.

- Travel: less than 20%.
Experience
- More than 5 years’ experience in HR function, preferably in multi-national corporate environment
Education / Certificates
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology.
