Activity Leader

Create Connection. Inspire Engagement. Make Every Day Meaningful.

At Parkway Health & Rehabilitation Center, every member of our team plays an important role in creating an environment where residents feel connected, valued, and engaged. As an Activity Leader, you'll help bring that environment to life by creating opportunities for residents to socialize, explore interests, stay active, and enjoy meaningful moments throughout their day.

Parkway Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 141-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Boston, Massachusetts, providing Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care. Our specialized programs support residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, as well as those who require ongoing skilled nursing care.

Our interdisciplinary team provides personalized care through rehabilitation therapies, nursing services, and clinical support, while working together to promote resident dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life. Activities are an important part of that experience—helping residents maintain connections, discover new interests, celebrate milestones, and continue doing the things that bring joy and purpose to their lives.

As an Activity Leader, you'll work closely with the Director of Activities and the broader interdisciplinary team to support a vibrant activities program tailored to the interests, abilities, and individual needs of our residents.

Why Join Our Team?
