What you’ll do  

• Execute & support monthly and quarterly financial closes including financial edit checks & close controls 
• Execute & support quarterly account reconciliation cycles  
• Analyze and Report specific account types for BS reviews & DRs 
• Perform periodic Balance Sheet Deep Dive Reviews of specific BS areas 
• Support US GAAP consolidation as well as TX Level Stat Consolidation where applicable 
• Support initiatives e.g. ERP Simplification, LE Simplification, Acquisitions/Dispositions 
• Support global and/or specific country accounting process improvements 
• Support audits & miscellaneous/ad hoc requests for financial information   

 

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications) 

• Significant experience in audit, accounting and/or controllership related activities 
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline/ knowledge 
• US GAAP and Financial Consolidation experience including reporting/analysis  
• Experience operating across key Gas Power financial systems e.g. Alpha, PMX, DS SAP, etc. 
• Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail
