The Role
Texada is seeking our next Demand Gen & ABM Manager. This is a hands-on, high-ownership generalist role: you own the new-logo demand number and the full channel mix behind it, you decide how the budget is allocated within your scope, and you're accountable for what it returns, with your performance visible at the executive level from your first quarter..
Alongside running the engine, you will build something most demand gen leaders never get to: an AI-enabled, signal-led demand engine designed from first principles. This includes connecting our demand gen stack to AI-assisted workflows, standing up external signal capture, and identifying where automation creates real leverage with an internal AI team as a resource.
Work location and travel
- Remote/hybrid, with minimal travel outside of occasional team or industry events.
- Candidates should be authorized to work in Canada without restriction or sponsorship.
What You'll Own
Run the Engine:
- Own the demand engine and day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid media placement, and paid social.
- Design and run lead magnets and nurture programs building segmentation, sequencing, and re-engagement paths for leads that aren't sales-ready yet.
- Partner closely with sales so engagement signal and nurture translate into coordinated, well-timed outreach. Own signal-to-meeting conversion as a shared metric.
- Own pipeline and spend reporting, improving CPA and bringing demand performance into department strategy, including where AI-assisted tooling will create the most leverage.
Build What’s Next:
- Establish Texada's first signal program from the ground up: what external signal is worth capturing, how it reaches the systems that use it, and how it prioritizes outreach to high-value accounts.
- Connect the demand gen stack to AI-assisted workflows. Scope the use cases and drive the build with technical support from our internal AI/automation team.
- Bring AI into the day-to-day, putting it to work in campaign production, audience analysis, and reporting — and making the case for where we invest from there.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in demand generation, paid media, or ABM at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of disciplined, efficient budget management.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and a demonstrated habit of experimenting with new tools and workflows.
- Fluency in HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform, including lead scoring and routing.
- A track record of partnering closely with sales development teams on lead handoff and sequencing.
- Comfort as a hands-on generalist across paid, ABM, and signal programs.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ABM or signal-based programs, and familiarity with intent/enrichment tooling such as 6sense.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tooling (n8n, Zapier, Make) or scoping API integrations with a technical team.
- Experience applying AI to campaign work: content production, audience analysis, or reporting.
What you can expect from us
- A leader who has built this function before and will help you build it here
- Decision speed. You won't wait three months for approval to test something
- Direct access to the executive team, and a seat where marketing strategy is set
How to grab our attention
- Tell us about an AI tool or workflow change that meaningfully improved how you work, and what you would go looking for next
- Show us a demand gen program where you got disproportionate results from your budget, what you prioritized and why
- Walk us through how you've partnered with an SDR team on signal handoff, and what made it work
Competencies for Success
- AI curiosity — actively looks for where AI can extend impact, and does the groundwork to get there.
- Builder's mindset — creates process and tooling where none exists yet, rather than optimizing within an established system.
- Resourcefulness — gets outsized results relative to budget and headcount.
- Channel craft — hands-on skill across paid, ABM, and signal programs.
- Data-driven decision-making — reads performance signals and reallocates budget and effort accordingly rather than running on instinct.
Our Core Values
- Purposeful, Passionate, and Proud — Making a difference for our industry, our customers, and each other.
- Innovators & Learners — We try new things. As long as we're learning, we're succeeding.
- Driven to Improve, Not to Be Perfect — "Most Improved" is our favorite award.
- Delivering our Long-term Vision Today — A long-term vision, brought to life now.
- PowerfulTogether — Different people, different cultures, stronger together.
