Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Access Management in Burbank, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor alarm panels, and support a professional, secure environment. You will deliver outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with tenants, guests, and site personnel. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Staff the front desk and serve as a professional point of contact, greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarm notifications, and/or surveillance systems, reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events as required.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, delivery records, incident reports, and other security-related documentation while supporting a welcoming, orderly reception environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
