The Sr. Exhibitor Sales Representative generates exhibitor sales through outbound communication (calling and emailing) as well as inbound troubleshooting and support.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responsible for outbound and inbound communication with exhibitors, identifying lead solutions that match exhibitor needs, processing sales, and updating records through the Exhibitor Services CRM system (EXS‑CRM).

  • Proactively contact exhibitors through daily high‑volume phone outreach and timely responses to email inquiries.

  • Determine exhibitor lead‑retrieval needs based on discussions about goals, booth size, and business requirements.

  • Fulfill, process, and update production requests for data sales orders.

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of each assigned show, including business rules, marketing campaigns, and any non‑standard pricing.

  • Provide first‑level technical support for basic exhibitor‑services issues and escalate higher‑level issues appropriately.

What You’ll Bring

  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Three or more years of experience in an outbound call‑center environment preferred.

  • Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.

  • Exceptional customer‑service skills.

  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and promote win‑win outcomes.

  • Strong drive for results and proficiency with MS Office.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience supporting exhibitor services, trade‑show operations, or event‑technology platforms.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially EXS‑CRM.

  • Experience working with data‑sales products or lead‑retrieval solutions.

Working Logistics & Things You Should Know

  • This is a Remote role.

  • This position operates on CST depending on team alignment.
