We are looking for a Publicity Supervisor, EMEA to join our Studios Publicity & Events team in London. In this role, you will work closely with the Manager, Events & Studios PR to support the planning and execution of publicity campaigns and events across EMEA for theatrical releases and Disney+ branded content.

From coordinating talent appearances and managing complex event logistics to supporting film festivals, awards campaigns, and cross-company initiatives, you will play an important role in ensuring our publicity activity is delivered seamlessly and represents the Disney brand at its very best.

This role offers the opportunity to work with teams across Europe and the US, collaborate with a wide range of internal and external partners, and contribute to some of Disney's most high-profile campaigns and events.

This role follows our hybrid working model, with four days per week in the office and either a Monday or Friday day working from home.

  • Collaborate with EMEA markets and Burbank-based teams to ensure regional priorities are represented within global publicity planning.

  • Support awards campaigns alongside the wider Events and Publicity team.

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the film events landscape, building relationships with key industry partners and identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Disney Character Voices International (DCVI)

  • Support pan-European PR opportunities that leverage local star talent initiatives.

  • Track local talent activity across European markets and help drive collaboration, idea-sharing and best practice between territories.

Film Festivals

  • Secure relevant approvals and coordinate activity with internal stakeholders and filmmakers where required.

Crossline of Business Events

  • Support Disney's Centre of Excellence approach to crossline of business events across the UK and EMEA.

  • Help deliver strategic event opportunities that bring together multiple business areas.

  • Provide coordination, operational support, and best-practice guidance to ensure consistency and excellence across events.

  • Build strong relationships across teams to help streamline processes and continuously improve event delivery.

Campaign & Stakeholder Support

  • Manage day-to-day publicity and event enquiries.

  • Monitor media coverage, screening reactions and campaign performance.

  • Create campaign reports, presentation decks and executive summaries for stakeholders and leadership teams.

  • Support the review and enhancement of internal processes and systems.

  • Develop strong working relationships with publicists, marketing teams, agencies, Burbank colleagues and cross-functional Disney teams.

  • Mentor and support interns, helping them prioritise workloads and develop professionally.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Experience coordinating multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
