Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
Compensation: $28-$30/hr
Location: Cheyenne Wells, CO 80810
Contract Length: 13-Week Contract
Shift: 12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Days or Nights may be required)

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate patient care in a Critical Access Hospital. This role requires floating between the Medical-Surgical and Emergency Department units while supporting patients with a wide variety of illnesses, injuries, and trauma cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Obtain and document vital signs and patient observations.
- Support patient care in both Medical-Surgical and Emergency Department settings.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the CPSI EMR system.
- Follow infection prevention and patient safety standards.
- Active Colorado CNA license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience (2 years preferred).
- Experience in both Med-Surg and ER environments.
- Ability to float between Med-Surg and ER.
- Previous travel experience preferred.
