Pay: $20-$24/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
- Clean condensate lines, condenser, and evaporator coils
- Clear drain pans and drainage lines
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers requirements
- Assisting with customers' inquiries
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in HVAC duct cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to lift, twist, bend and carry 60-70lb.
- Great time management.
- Work well in a team setting.
